Transformation of the Day: Kinwana lost 48 pounds by committing to a healthier lifestyle. Her journey didn’t begin because she was unhappy with herself or lacked confidence. (She told us that you couldn’t tell her that she was not “That Chic”.) Tired of living in constant pain and suffering from sleep apnea, she took action to reclaim her health.
Crissy lost 13 pounds and lots of inches
Crissy lost 13 pounds and lots of inches. She started her journey at the end of March to be a healthy mom for her kids and break generational health curses in her family. She made several changes to her lifestyle, including eating six meals a day, lifting weights daily, and cutting out fast food and sugar.

Transformation of the Day: Sheree lost 101 pounds. She was determined to get off of blood pressure medication and improve her cholesterol numbers. Juicing, walking for exercise, and being aware of her daily caloric intake led to these excellent results, but consistency was the key.
