I am a single mom who was tired of having no energy, being unhappy and being unhealthy. I didn’t feel comfortable in anything I wore, and my confidence was at an all-time low. I decided to become a health coach with Herbalife Nutrition, and the rest is HISTORY! I’ve lost 51 pounds and counting! I started at a size 16 and am now at a size 12.
What inspired you to keep going, even during the tought times?
What inspired me to keep going was my health, my confidence, and also my mentors.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits by cutting out junk food, juice, soda, and fast food. I also replaced two meals a day with Herbalife meal replacement shakes.
Tell us about your workout routine.
My workout routine consisted of indoor cycling, group fitness, and weight training. I worked out 4-5 days a week.
Starting weight/Current weight
My starting weight was 215 pounds, and my current weight is 164 pounds. My height is 5’4″.
How long did your transformation take?
My transformation took ten months.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I learned was to never forget about my health and well being. Put yourself first and take care of your body.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
My advice would be to START NOW! I look back to the day I decided to start, and I’m thankful I did…. or I would not be where I am today.
