I lost the weight by keeping track of my calorie intake with sparkpeople.com and through cardio (cycling, step aerobics, jogging) and weight training (Les Mills Body Pump).
I took my time with my weight loss. It took me about a year. My motivation was people kept thinking that I was pregnant and I wasn’t. I finally got fed up with it and so I decided to do something about it. I changed my eating habits by eating more fruits and vegetables. No soda and a lot less liquor. I baked more foods and counted my calories using Sparkpeople.com, which really helped me understand how bad I was eating.
