Bee lost 39 pounds. Intermittent fasting and walking 5-6 days a week is working for her. She was yo-yo dieting, but she became consistent in June 2020.
What is your motivation?
My motivation has been seeing the scale move and looking at my starting weight photos. This has helped me not to give up.
How did you change your eating habits?
I lost 40 pounds doing intermittent fasting and drinking calorie-free drinks. I have lasted up to 34 hours on a fast. I also incorporated salads into my meals.
What is your workout routine?
I work out 5-6 times a week using Walk Off the Pounds videos and walking the trails in my local park.
What is your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 287 pounds, and now I weigh 248 pounds (with a goal to get to 200 pounds).

I’m 5’9″.
When did you start your weight loss journey?
I have been yo-yo dieting but became consistent around June 2020.

I haven’t had any weight loss surgery.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned thus far is to get back on track when you fall off because it’s a journey.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
My advice to those wanting to lose weight is to get right back on track when you fall off. We all have our days. Today is small in comparison to a week or a month.
