She says, “Hello BWLW!!! I’d love to tell my journey. Sharing my new health keeps me motivated. At the end of 2011, I was 22 years old and weighed 320 pounds. I ate junk food all day and enough meals that could feed families. I decided then there was a change that needed to happen inorder for me to be healthy and happy. I went cold turkey, stopped eating meat and sweets. Only drunk water, ate fruits and veggies and walked daily. Time is reaching a full year since I started my journey however this still ain’t easy. Lol!  I’ve been working a year and only have 60lbs left to being healthy. Amen, thank you Jesus.”

HELLO TONYA
MY ONLY CHALLENGES ARE SWEETS

OTHER SUGAR DISEASES I GET TURNED OFF
I JUST THINK WHERE I WANT TO BE AND WHERE I WANT TO GO

WALKING A COUPLE HOURS FIVE DAYS A WEEK

Thank you for responding. Iplan to begin my reboot on Sunday; as this will allow me time to get to the grocery store for my fruits and vegetables. Until then I will give up bread/pasta/etc.

Everyone carries their weight differently because you started at 320 and have lost 80 when your before pic doesn’t look like 320 and your after picture doesn’t look like 240. How tall are you? You look amazing. Congrats. I started my journey about 2 weeks ago and I feel great in just a short amount of time.

Thanks for replying. I knew you had some height on you missy because my 5’4″ vs your 5’11” is a difference. No matter the height u look great. Keep it up! I thought about ur story and it motivated me to push thru three circuits today. Treadmill bike and elliptical. I felt great!

Very inspiring Anitra, you are very beautiful. Are you eating protein in any form? Fruits and veggies are so good for the health but not a balanced diet. Fats and proteins are important.

SPINACH HAS IT BUT I EAT NUTS KALE AND VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS WITH PROTEIN 🙂
