How have you maintained your weight loss/continued to lose weight?
I’ve followed the maintenance program given to me by Fitness on Fire Online Training. I’ve actually set a new goal which is to grow my glutes and build more muscle. So I’m following the regimen given to me by my online trainer. “King of the Fire” and eating regimen by my online Nutritionist “Nutritionistguru.”
I’m loving the direction my body is going. I’ve dropped the excess fat and now building my glutes and muscles and looking better than I did when I was in my twenties. I love it. My confidence has been boosted, and I’m a brand new woman.

What obstacles, hurdles, or setbacks have you faced during your journey, and how did you get back on track?
Yes, there were days I wanted to eat unhealthy snacks and foods, but when I have those hurdles, I can reach out to my Nutritionist. She reminds me of my goal and how far I’ve come.
So this program has helped me stay on track. I never want to go back to where I started. I’ve put in too much work.
What has worked in terms of eating habits, and what worked in terms of exercise?
Honestly, sticking to the structure of the program. It’s easy and works with any lifestyle. I get to eat foods I like and don’t feel limited or like I’m starving myself. “King of the Fire” made the workouts super easy. I make sure I find 90 mins at least in the day to focus on myself, and that’s my exercise time. I find that making it part of my daily lifestyle routine is what works for me. Just like going to work, but I’m reaping the big benefits.
What lessons have you learned on this journey? What stands out the most?
I’ve learned that you need the support and you need a structure. You need a team that knows what they are doing and how to help you change your body, not numbers on a scale. My body has never looked this good, and I owe it all to the Fitness on Fire Online Training program. They’ve been there for me throughout my entire journey. Always available no matter what. I’ve also learned that you have to put in the work to get results.
My confidence is on another level. I’m able to wear clothes I couldn’t even wear in my twenties. I can confidently wear a bikini……… let that sink in. I’m 56 and wearing a bikini, and doing so confidently. I get compliments from family, friends, co-workers, and from strangers. I also get people walking up to me in the gym, saying they want to look like me.
I’ve been going to the gym for years and never received a compliment from anyone there. I owe that all to the Fitness on Fire Online Training Program. I’m wearing a size 4, and I never imagined that would happen to me. Now I will never go back to where I started. I love the skin I’m in, how my confidence has changed, and how much of a smile I have on my face when I look at my body in the mirror. Fitness on Fire is the best investment I’ve made, and I would do it again and again and again. This program has truly changed my life!
At this point, would you offer any new or different advice to others who want to lose weight?My advice to everyone and anyone is to get a team. Join Fitness on Fire. Most importantly, stay consistent. Have a made-up mind that this is what you want to do and stick to it. Don’t keep starting over or wait for Mondays. No time like the present. Especially with what’s going on in the world. We have to take care of our health.
