Adrienne Michelle lost 106 pounds. Many people see their commitment to New Years resolutions fade as the months pass, but she stayed committed and reached her goal by the end of the year.
What was your motivation?
My motivation was a committing to a New Years resolution to lose weight.
How did you change your eating habits?
I ate a high protein, low carb diet.
What was your starting weight and what is your current weight?
My starting weight was 274 pounds and my current weight is 168 pounds.
How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey January 2016 and it took 1 full year to reach my goal. (105 pounds gone in one year)
What advice do you have for other women who want to lose weight?
My advice for others is Diet + Exercise + consistency = results. Consistency is key.
