A year after the birth of her child, LaNae decided that it was time to change her lifestyle and lose the pounds. She lost 42 pounds and 12 inches. Read what she shared with us to find out how she did it:
“A year after giving birth to my daughter. I was 167 pounds. I lost 12 inches and 42 pounds. It took a while, but I finally got to where I wanted to be! I did it by cutting back on snacks, eating at least 1 salad a day, drinking plenty of water and completely cutting out drinking sodas. Anything else that I wanted to eat, I ate it! It took a while but I finally got to where I wanted to be! My motivation was my daughter. She was the strength I needed to push harder. Now, I walk 2 miles everyday and do 100 squats everyday. I’m not done yet but I’m proud of my success. Praise God! My Instagram is: @oshync“
