Second wk checkin and I’m down 5.2lbs. I’m doing meatless and five hrs of workout also to pump up the challenge I added going sugarless. I am a big sweet eater so this is a real big challenge. I actually started sugarless prior to starting this month challenge. I feel fantastic. Love this site, the sisters, and the challenges.
Becoming a better me.

I am feeling sluggish but I have more energy and continuing my journey. My husband is also going meatless and has committed to working out 5 hours a week to show support. He has recommended doing meatless in November, what a show off!

My life is extremely hectic. Im in nursing school, have two jobs and three kids. I have a membership at a gym but can’t find the time to get a workout in. I’m doing six small meals a day even eating while I’m at school or work. I’m doing my 8 glasses of water a day but I really want to get in a workout. So yesterday I decided to start small and put on my Wii in the evenings and do 2-3 Michael Jackson or Black Eyed Peas songs just so I can be able to get up and move. I’m at my heaviest at 216. I still have 60 lbs to go. I can’t seem to get this 30 lbs off after having my son in 2011. So I’m ready and determined!

Feeling great. I began three weeks ago. I am down nine pounds. Have completed the 5 hr per week exercise challenge and clean meatless eating. Good luck everyone!

I did struggle with eating clean the first week. The 5 hours of exercise has been the easiest thing for me to do out of the 3 challenges. I am walking and exercising more and I feel great. I slip up from time to time but I don’t reward myself by eating more. I exercise harder the next day and tell myself that if I want the body that I used to have. I have to stop eating food that does not honor my body!

2nd wk going meatless. Don’t see where I have lost much weight, but I feel good in my body. Looking for ways to keep exercise challenging. Maybe I should get zumba cd’s.

2nd week meatless. I love the challenge. I eat a lot of beans, nuts, vegetables and fruits, lots of water. I workout twice a day! I work out 4-6 am every morning 5 days at the gym. Running on treadmill, stairstepper and other machines. Some morning I do my legs, and lots of weight training. In the evening I do zumba and running 2 miles. I am building lots of muscle haven’t lost that much with meatless. I started exercise a year ago when I turn 50 it was time for a change. I did a 5k back in September with the time of 38 minutes. I have lost 27 pounds. I was wearing a 18 now wear 12. I am addict to exercise. Good luck! You have to push yourself when you feel like giving up! I love this website!
