Let’s show some love to Helen. She lost 54 pounds down, from 310 pounds. Here is what she shared about her weight loss transformation so far”
“Here is my weight loss journey. Since last September (2012), I’ve lost 54 lbs. My goal is to lose 46 more pounds by the end of this year. My motivation to lose weight was because of my health. It was time to take action. How I took action was by eating healthier, cutting out salt and not drinking soda pop. I also drank more water. I workout for 30-45 minutes per session. I do the elliptical for 15-20 mins, then lift weights for about 5 mins, then I do the treadmill and the step aerobics machine for the remainder of time. My starting weight was 310 pounds now I’m currently at 256 pounds. My weight loss so far has taken about a year.”
