It’s Day 5 and I’m loving this month’s challenge. I’ve been able to maintain my 9 lb weight loss from our September challenge and I feel better. I’m able to run up stairs with ease (had to chase my dog) and my breathing feels even clearer. I feel great. I wanted to share a few of the websites that I’m getting my daily recipes from to keep my diet diverse and interesting. A lot of people complain of boredom when they take out all the junk and negative foods out of their diets. You’ve got to keep your eating interesting. Enjoy!

4th day with the clean eating challenge, was very happy to see my morning glucose level drop back to a normal level. Clean eating is requiring more planning on my part, but it may be something I continue after the challenge if is has a positive outcome for my glucose and A1C.

I HAVE VERY LITTLE WILL POWER, I AM DA DIABETIC, WHO TAKES 6 TO 7 SHOTS A DAY, AM ON ORAL MEDS FOR DIABETICS, AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, I LOST A FEW POUNDS, BUT CAN’T SEEM TO STAY ON A GOOD REGIMENT OF EATING RIGHT AND EXERCISE. I GET TIRED REAL FAST BECAUSE OF A HEART CONDITION, SO I THINK I USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO DO AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE..I AM NOW TRYING TO BREAK THIS CYCLE AND AM SEEKING HELP FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN IN MY SHOES..ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED..
