What was your motivation? Honestly, I wanted to become the best version of myself. I yearned to break free from self-doubt, to wear all the beautiful clothes I admired, and to feel genuinely confident in my own skin.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up? My journey began with faith in God. There’s something profoundly unexplainable about the strength the Holy Spirit gives you. This divine guidance has kept me going and continues to sustain me.
How did you change your eating habits? I started by listing my challenges and finding healthier food replacements. For instance, instead of rice, I chose buckwheat. I embraced a more mindful approach to eating and enjoyed dancing with Fitness Marshall and Growithjo as a fun way to stay active.
What is your workout routine? My routine varies from walking and skipping to Zumba and morning exercises with Growithjo. These activities bring me joy and keep me motivated.
How often did you work out? I committed to working out four times a week, finding a balance that works for my lifestyle.
What was your starting weight? I began my journey at about 130 kg. (286.6 pounds)
