What was your motivation?
My motivation was my children.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My inspiration was knowing that I was all my children had, so I needed to make changes to be here with them as long as possible.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits over some time. I only eat salmon, vegetables, and fruits! I’m pescatarian and vegetarian, lol! Three days-pescatarian and four days-vegetarian.
I eat between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, and I do it all over again the next day.
What is your workout routine?
I walk 3 miles four times a week.

My starting weight: 312 pounds
My current weight: 245 pounds
What is your height?
My height is 5’7″.
When did your journey begin, and how long has it taken?
August 2023. It’s a 10-month transformation.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I learned what loving myself feels like.
What advice would you share with women who want to lose weight?
I would tell other women… If you treat your body good, it will be good to you in return.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No, I didn’t have weight loss surgery.
