What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?Ā My husband, kids, and grandchildren. My motivation is to be healthy for them and live longer to see my grandchildren grow!Ā
How did you change your eating habits?Ā My eating habits went from junk food (especially chips and fried foods) to healthy food. I was more of a snacker, so I found healthy snacks, such as protein chips and sugar-free Jello. I also traded fried foods for baked foods and stopped drinking sodas.
What is your workout routine?Ā My routine is walking four miles every other day and going to the gym each day for two hours. Also, I do not eat anything after 8 pm.

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?Ā My starting weight was 391 pounds. My current weight is 300 pounds.
What is your height?Ā 5ā7″
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?Ā July 2023, so it’s been about five months.
What is the biggest lesson youāve learned so far?Ā Continue to love yourself and not let anyone take you off your path.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?Ā Itās hard in the beginning but well worth it at the end.. JUST KEEP GOINGĀ
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey? No. I WANTED it BUT, it got denied.
