Hello, my name is Lurlia, and I am a twenty-six-year-old woman and a mother of two boys.
What was your motivation?
Becoming healthier for myself and my kids was my motivation.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits by following Terry Starks’s diet plan. I would eat five small meals a day based on the plan that was customized just for me. As a result, I stopped eating junk food and started eating more lean meat and green vegetables.
What is your workout routine?
I got up every morning at 6 am and did cardio (such as in-home walking, rowing, and weight lifting).
How often did you work out?
I work out six days a week.
What was your starting weight?
My starting weight was 210 pounds.
What is your current weight?
My current weight is 178 pounds.
What is your height? I’m 5’5″.
When did you start your journey?
I started my journey In September 2022.
How long did your transformation take?
My transformation took seven weeks.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey? No.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I learned that it is better to live a healthy lifestyle than to try fad diets.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
If you stay consistent, you will see results. Sticking to it is the key.
