Transformation of the Day: Jacquole lost 30 pounds. She was tired of feeling tired, angry, stressed, and unhappy. She just wanted to be the best version of herself for her family and see her Crohn’s Disease symptoms improve. The Optavia program worked for her.
What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up? My Why is I wanted to be the BEST version of myself for my husband and children. I didn’t want to keep going through life tired, angry, on edge, irritable, stressed, unhappy, having low self-confidence, and blaming everyone for the state I was in.
I knew my life was meant for more.
I also wanted to improve my Crohn’s Disease symptoms and get off some of the medications I was taking.
What kept me going was how I felt and the success I was starting to have. I dropped 6 pounds and 2 inches in the first week, and I never looked back. The old Jacquole will never return. My life has completely changed for the better, after losing 30 pounds!

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight? My starting weight was 167 pounds, and my current weight is 137 pounds.
What is your height? I’m 5’5″.
When did you start your journey? I started in October 2020.
How long did your transformation take? It took 3-4 months.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far? I learned about delayed gratification.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight? Anyone with the right mindset can lose weight. You have to want to change bad enough.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey? No, I never had surgery.
