Migeya lost 25 pounds. This Zeta Phi Beta soror loves the way exercising and being more mobile makes her feel. In January, she started following the meal plan and workout plan her coach created for her and got good results.

What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
The way I felt after exercising and being more mobile.
How did you change your eating habits?
With the help of my coach, Terry Starks, I was able to follow a meal plan created specifically for me. I stop eating takeout food and snacking. I started meal prepping and eating more veggies.
What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
I do cardio before I eat and at the end of the night. Terry said, “Let’s get that metabolism going first thing in the morning and last thing at night to burn those calories.”
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 262 pounds, and my current weight is 237 pounds.

I’m 5’5″.

Weight does not matter. It’s about body transformation.
