What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
In January 2019, I lost my mother to breast cancer. In June 2016, I lost my grandmother to breast cancer as well. The loss of both took a huge toll on me, which lead to depression. On April 1, 2019, I decided that I wanted to make a change to be healthier both mentally, physically, and spiritually. My husband joined me on this health journey, and with his support and love, I was able to get this far. My mother and grandmother are my biggest motivators as I continue my journey. I want to pass down health and wellness to generations to come. Today, I can stand up and say that I am healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually!
