My name is Alesha, I’m 24 years old, and I lost 125 pounds. I haven’t reached my goal yet, but I’m already so proud of myself. I woke up one morning and decided to stop feeling sorry for myself. I have reclaimed my life.
What was your motivation?
I was motivated to have a new, better life. That was my motivation.
How did you change your eating habits?
I completely changed my diet to a Keto/low carb diet.
What was your exercise routine?
I did 45 minutes of cardio every morning.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
I started at 305 pounds. I currently weigh 180 pounds.
What is your height?
I’m 5’7″
When did you start your weight loss journey?
I started my journey during the lockdown, so it began by the end of April 2020.
Is weight loss surgery part of your story?
I didn’t have weight loss surgery. I didn’t pay for a nutritionist or personal trainer. I did it by myself
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I learned that I’m able to do anything I put my mind to.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
Losing weight might seem like this impossible thing, but you can do it.
