Brittany lost 54 pounds. She loves to see the pride in her kids’ eyes when they see her get up in the morning and put in the work to reach her goals. Adopting the Keto lifestyle, drinking lots of water, and working out six days a week is working for her.
I’ve been losing weight on and off for years. This year I finally stopped playing and got serious. I see the love in my babies’ eyes every time they see me get up in the morning to reach my goals. It was hard at first, but it’s worth the fight! The key to all success is to keep going even when you fall off!
