Can we do meatless for 31 days and continue the Smoothie challenge
ajima says
Yep, you could do smoothies and go meatless.

I definitley think the no meat for 31 days would be great this will be a good cleanse for the body as well as incorportating the smoothies.
Laverne says
I think meatless is good especially with the holidays quickly approaching.

I like the “meatless and continue the smoothies” suggestion.

How about a salad challenge–basically eating nothing but salads for lunch and dinner–you can make it as big and interesting as you like.
Donna says
@Angela, I like that suggestion and can do that one with no problem!!
Angela says
I agree….hopefully it will make the list.
Jaye says
What restrictions would be on the salads cause some salads/dressing have more calories/fat than a burger.
Angela says
There are some great low fat and fat free dressing….we could also see if there are any foods that gives natural seasoning to salads. I think it’s so much we can do with it…..
Qee says
I love this idea!
arvella says
I like the salad idea and continue the smoothies!!!!!
Sandra says
I also agree with the ladies…great idea about the salads.
Tonga says
I like the raw vegan idea which could go hand in hand with the salad idea. This would be a tremendous challenge that would likely result in some tremendous fitness gains.
Traci L. says
I like the Salad suggestion. It’s something that everyone could easily do. Some guidelines could be suggested though, such as, not using sugar-laden dressing.
Carol says
I like the salad challenge as well. It can fall under meatless and clean eating.
NATASHA GRANT-DEAN says
That salad challenge is so interesting. I vote for this one too. I voted for the raw vegan challenge. Time for us to give our bodies a good clean out from all the process foods and “bad” foods we have consumed over the years of living. I love it.
alnissa says
That will be great salads all the fiber is good for us/
Kres says
Love this suggestion !!!!

I like this idea. Unfortunately, do to health reasons I wasn’t able to do the smoothie challenge. I would like to be more physical so this will definitely work for me and some others that weren’t able to complete the smoothie challenge.
Tracye says
Since I don’t eat meat or use sugar, I would like to try smoothies and a salad with dressing with a low calorie count. There are lots of delious lo calorie dressings.
Shenita says
I agree with Nikki can we do meatless for 31 days and continue he smoothies?
Ieshia says
Even though I like the meatless for 31 days , I woukld love to do a salad (any way yoy like it) for 31 days challenge with continuing the smoothie challenge if possible….
Ieshia says
Please Excuse the typos
Phyllis says
I like the idea of doing raw foods for 31 days….I’d like to learn different ways of preparing foods to eat raw! I’ll continue to do smoothies too during October….
Bonnie says
I love the idea of continuing with the smoothies and meatless for the month of october would really be a challenge……willing to try……would need suggestions on getting enough protein in my diet.
Margaret says
I would be willing to try also, but would be concerned about getting enough protein.
Leticia Lee says
I like the meatless idea. But i love the salad idea to.
Margaret says
I want to increase my cardio and increase water intake. Cutting sugar for me is also on the list. So anyone of those ideas would be great.
NATASHA GRANT-DEAN says
Let me tell you how God is good. I just left a comment regarding the salad challenge and I returned to my email and you won’t believe that the newest email I received was from Webmd and it was about Salads and all the different recipes. Well that is confirmation for me. I will personally do the salad for the month just because of that email that came to me. Amazing. God is truly an on time God who hears, listens and answers. Be blessed everyone.
zaheerah says
I love the salad idea!! Please pick the salad challenge!
teetsa says
I think the smoothie challenge an salad would be a great idea although a cardio challenge would be great too!

Fafa says
am for MEATLESS and NO TO SUGAR for 31 days
trechell boudray says
Any challenging that going to help me get healthy I’m in
Marla says
I think a no sugar plan would be fantastic. If we can get a jump on this now, it will help us to turn down the sweet potato pieS, cakes and cookies during the holidays.
mary curry says
I’m ready to do any of them that is going to help me get healthy.
Tiff says
I would like to do a 31 day Meditation and/or Prayer challenge. I’ve learned that so much of my “Health & FItness” goals are about connecting to my spiritual source and quieting my mind/thoughts. Also, daily meditation/prayer helps us to relax and focus (even if only 5 minutes per day). Our lives get so busy that we can get to the end of the day and realize we haven’t taken the time to quietly and intentionally make that important connection with our Higher Power.
ajima says
I love this idea, Tiff!
Tiff says
Great! Even if it we don’t do it for the October challenge, we can do it in the future. It may be most appropriate for December as people approach the new year and begin to make various life/lifestyle resolutions.
Bonnie says
I love the Meditation and/or Prayer Challenge as well Tiff…….great idea…..
Naomi says
Love this idea too!
angela says
I love meditating….haven’t done it in a while. Along with the salad challenge I suggested definitely could use a little meditation…
evelyn says

vanessa mosley says
Continue smoothies/meatless/cardio/meditation/prayer is my vote or combo of those!!!
Carla says
I would like to do juicing and workout Challenge
chanda says
I would love the salad/walking challenge I need the sugar challenge to but I’m taking baby steps cause trying to cut so much out all at once is a problem for me and I really don’t want to rebound…I think meatless would be a failure for me just being honest very dee to the game lol
Helena says
How about increasing our strength and cardio training. For example, increase weights by 5 or 10 lbs. and cardio resistance.
Ashanti says
Seeing that in October we are faced with Halloween sweets and treats it would be grand if we had a support system to say no to sugar in October. But I am willing to join in what ever is selected.
Rolonda says
I would go with no meat for 30 days. It is a perfect way to “cleanse within”. I am certain that if nothing else you will feel so much better and love the new glow of your skin. Plus your grocery bill will shrink!!!
ROZZIEROZ says
No meat – just salads, veggies and fruit sounds like a winner to me.
Mia says
MEATLESS definitely!! 🙂
sakuri says
I would like to do meatless. I’ve been sedentary for the last two months from an injury & burgers and I have been reluctant best buddies. I need to break up with meat.
Rosalyn says
Yeah, my Clean Eating/Cardio Challenge is in the lead!!!!
I love this one because I NEED help with Cardio consistency &
With Clean Eating, it’s much more about overall healthy eating!
With the meatless, one can still eat all sorts of unhealthy options.
Hoping this one wins! :o)
Paula says
I like the no meat and no sugar combo!!
Mia says
