This is not a before/after testimony to post. I just wanted to let the editors of this site to know that I am very grateful for you and this website and I appreciate all that you have done. I used to wake up EVERY morning literally in pain from head to toe (no exaggeration) and Doc said I was border-linning the 2 silent killers, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. All ailments and issues were a result of carrying too much weight. I have recently lost 51.5 pounds and have about 15 to 25 more to go to reach my goal weight and I am 100% pain free, pressure down and no sign of diabetes anymore. This website gave me the motivation, strength, tools, desire, and most of all assurance to stay on this journey to health that I am on. I can’t submit any before/after pics because I don’t have any before shots. I REFUSED to take any pictures. Now, I take a pic almost daily just to see how I look in my clothes. Anyway, THANK YOU, BWLW.com, You Rock!!!

Hi my name is crystal and I lost 80 lbs, I started at 240 lbs and I’m at 160 now.I lost weight because I lost my mother in 2010 at age 44 to a stroke.my mother struggled with hypertension her whole life at the age of 18 I was diagnosed as well. I was on two bp meds and experiencing heart palpitations at 27,in 2011 I decided i would no longer play the victim role, if I wanted to live I would have to put in work.I started by eliminating everthing except what grew out the ground and lean proteins, I drank only water and started walking ,then running!! Two years later its still off.size 18/20 to size 8! If I could give any advice it would be to track what u eat/weigh and stick to your exercises even if you have a bad day with your diet.

Hennistta W. Nyangbe says
In late October of 2013 I decided to make a life changing decision to drop weight. I was at my highest weight of 232 lbs. My dad couldn’t stand the fact that I ate a lot of sweet food and stuffs. My friends kept saying I have gained a lot of weight. Couldn’t stand seeing myself without clothes on.
After I decided to start exercising I did two months of four days a week at the gym. Eating as little as I could. I dropped like 15lbs. I left the gym and took over my journey by exercising right in my room and eating clean 85% of the time.
It’s the end of May and I’ve dropped the total of 50lbs. This is never easy, but pushing all the time and never giving up helps a whole lot.

I came across the 14 Detox Challenge while surfing the internet. Decided I would give it a try. Glad i did. I lost about 10 lbs in the 2 weeks challenge. Feel so much better. i will contiune to do at least 2 a day. Many of my co-workers tried it as well. They are going to continue the smoothies as well. Man, I did not know what a difference it meant just by stop eating process food. i will be recommended this to everyone I know.

tan says
Unlike outdoor sun tanning it is a sunless tanner which can provide best in class solutions to one and all for their tanning needs.
If you don’t mind your tan being darker than you can treat the rest of your

Why bother to spend tens of thousands of dollars, after all, on something you

Great present, as my family worried about my health.
Obesity and overweight is an increasing trend as more people
are gaining weight due to unhealthy lifestyle. This type of diet is based on the justification that grapefruit has a fat-burning enzyme or identical property.

I’m a thyroid patient and its hard for me to lose weight if anyone on here and has thyroid could you please give me some suggestions.
Crystal says
Hi Tamekia, I am also a thyroid patient. My endocronologists told me this will be a FOREVER lifestyle change if I want to keep the weight off. I lost it really good counting calories, but he told me the moment I stopped, I would put the weight back on and he was right. You have to be persistant and make a lifestyle change and not just diet. I am starting over again to get the weight off, and this time it will be for good.
WE must eat properly and exercise to lose weight and to maintain the weight loss.
It is tough, but it is possible.

Hi M y name is Iryn, 26years old, i have been reading about people’s success for quite some time and i realized its about time, i inspired someone, like other have done. My starting weight is 232.4 lbs and i am 170cm , I have a daughter who is 9.5 MONTHS OLD. I am currently struggling with losing the weight with constant yo-yo weight loss. So today i fully commit to getting over with this chapter i have struggled with my entire childhood. Plus i do not want to my little girl to struggle with the bullies as being referred to as a ‘daughter of a fat mom.’
Most people post their after success stories, i decided to share mine before and will then share my after.
My inspiration is being a fit mom for my Lil girl.Weight loss being a struggle for a longtime, its finally i need to address this once and for all, and live a healthy lifestyle.
I intend to workout 5days a week, at least 1.5 hours, eat a clean, low carb meal plan(keto-lifestyle) and lift thrice a week.
My goal weight is 155lbs, i intend to lose at least 8-10lbs in a month.
Si help me GOD, Your prayers are strongly needed. For it is only through Christ alone that i can complete this.

Annette Broome says
Hello. My name is Annette Broome. I started my weight loss journey on October 24 2016. I weighed in at 278. I have lost 75 pounds by clean eating and consistently going to the gym. My motivation was when my dad told me I was almost as big as my two sisters which were heavier than I. Since then they have started their journey also. My dad is no longer with us. I regret that he’s not here to see my transformation. My brother told me I use to be the sexy looking sister. I didn’t realize I had gotten this big. My brother was diagnosed with diabetes. He started walking and working out and lost the weight along with the diabetes medication. He inspired me to do better. I knew I was next in line. I noticed myself struggling to do simple things as tieing my shoes and becoming short of breath while playing with my grandbabies. Everyone around me looked so small. My wake up call was when I went to the doctor for an annual checkup and the scale said 280. I was only 20 pounds away from 300. I changed my eating habits by eating clean. I have made it a lifestyle change. I started walking 2-4 miles a day. 5 days a week. I left work and went straight to the gym. There I meet Mr. Elliptical. I made it my best friend. Slowly then accomplished 8 miles in one hour. I recently started upper body exercises and running. I’m now feeling the best I’ve ever felt. Some of my friends say I’m addicted to exercise. I wholeheartily agree. My biggest lesson learned is that everyone has a struggle and it’s not how u go it’s how u finish.
My advice to others is Be patient and Be consistent.!!!! I weighed every three days. When I found what worked for me I stuck to it. God first. Patience and consistency. I hope this information can help someone accomplish their goals. God bless. Follow my transformation @broomeannette on Instagram

My weight loss journey started July of this year SW 247 as a result of countless medical problems migraines sleep apnea asthma. I couldn’t walk without being winded I had to change. I wanted to see my son marry and have children my family needs me and I need to stick around a while longer. I gave up pop juice any drinks with calories no pastas potatoes rice etc no desserts only protein and veggies in forms of a shake sometimes tuna with mixed greens chicken or lean meat. Ride my bike 5 days a week or walk now back in the gym CW 196 GW150 still a little way to go til my goal but being healthy is all I wanted and add years to my life . It’s never to late to live your best life I’m going to give 50 the business. Hope this helps someone.

Hi My name is Gladys I am 31years old.In January 2023 i weight 267 bl which was the biggest I’ve ever been, my health started getting affected i couldn’t walk for more than 15min without running out of breath my feet and face used to get swollen i went to see a doctor and was told that was due to my weight gain. I wasn’t sure were to start however I wanted to loose the weight so i went to see a doctor from my work place and asked him to check my cholesterol level and thyroid surprisingly it all came normal. It was on that day I told myself I needed to start so i went on You Tube and I stumbled across a video talking about intermediate fasting seeing that video made me realized that I have been intermediate fasting however I was consuming alot of calories and unhealthy foods with high fat so I decided to learn more about intermediate fasting and how to do it in a healthy way.Long story short i have been intermediate fasting and walking for 1 hour a day 5 times a week with some jumping rope from February 2023 and i am proud to say i now weigh 191bl (5 June 2023). The most hard part for me was to start however people around me have been supportive which motivated me to keep going my goal weight is 170bl by December 2023.

Lisa Harmon says
Hi👋🏽 My name is Lisa and this is my story.
It all started when one day I couldn’t cross the street without losing my breath. I went and cried and vowed that I would never eat a package of cookies in one sitting again. That was Nov. 2013. I went to see a nutritionist and primary care doctor when they told me I had under active thyroids. They said the only way to lose weight is to have a gastric bypass. I asked them to please let me see if I can do it myself.
And from that day on, I’ve been working out. By 2015 l had lost 171 pounds ( I keep it off by clean eating, working in the gym especially the times when I get up and don’t want to, meditation and GOD.

Jozlinn Evans says
Hellooo! I’m Jozlinn & 24years old and I’m the process of conquering my weight loss goals. About two months ago in December 2018, I woke up and was just completely uncomfortable and unsatisfied with my look. I knew that I had to start doing things right away. First, I had to accept the fact that there was in fact a problem! This weight loss journey is something that I decided on for ME ! I started out weighing 240lbs and I’m currently 215lbs. Self discipline and consistency is a major key while transforming. I began immediately cutting things out of my diet. The CARBS had to goooo ! Also, I began counting my calories which made me much more aware of what exactly I was putting into my body. My next step was becoming apart of a gym asap, I try to workout 3-4 times a week. These things have not been exactly easy but very much worth it. Lastly, I invested in my Fitbit which has become my bestfriend! My Fitbit keeps me on my toes and reminds me to stay active when I get a little lazy. There has been days where I have cried and then there are good days that make all the hard days cancel out. On the days that I struggle I often came to my social media and looked at my inspirational pages like BWLW to use other peoples success stories to keep me motivated and moving in the right direction. The first month I stayed away from the scale because I’m the past when it seemed like the weight was being stubborn, it left me discouraged and giving up. My first time steps on the scale after putting in work I lost 9lbs and that allow pushed me to keep going. That initial first few lbs that I lost was my motivation, it showed me that it could in fact be done. I am still on my journey to 180lbs. If I can do it, so can you !
