“It was a hard job, but a 100 pounds later it was worth it. I’m still going. I worked out twice a day, 5 days a week and I ate right. I have a supportive team and a personal trainer….Love Them!! I never thought that I would be here, but I made it. I followed a meal plan that was designed by my instructor/personal trainer. I just stayed motivated and dedicated to my goal. I was helped by some inspiring women.”
