Transformation of the Day: Arnetta lost 80 pounds. After a torn Meniscus and knee surgery, she realized how much weight she’d gained. Lots of exercise and low carb, low sugar meals worked for her. Check out her story.
My Name is Arnetta, and I’m 40 years old. In 2016, I had a torn Meniscus. I was off works for months, and I had knee surgery in September 2016. My Husband took a picture of me at the time, and I couldn’t believe my eye. I gained so much weight. That day, I made a conscious decision to get the weight off. My cousin gave me a book named “Eat to Live.“
Fast forward 2019, I’ve lost 80 pounds and gone from a size 18/20 to a size 14. However, I’m not done. I still want to lose more weight and tone my body. Overall, I just want to be healthy!
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up? Quitting just wasn’t an option. They try to tell you that diabetes and hypertension are hereditary, but I wanted to break that myth.
