What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even during the tough times?
I started gaining weight at a young age. Once I turned 26 years old, I realized my weight was getting out of control. I went to the doctor, and they showed me my weight gain over the years. At that moment, I realized that I needed to make a change.
Weight loss is not easy. When I feel like I want to give up, I remember the goal I set for myself. I’m not a person who gives up on their goals. I continue to push because I know how far I’ve come and I don’t want to give up on myself.
