Starting weight: 276.8 pounds – January 1, 2018
Current weight: 216.4 pounds – August 21, 2018
On January 1, 2018, I woke up determined to lose weight. I went pescatarian (NO chicken, beef, pork or turkey.) I eat seafood 2/3 of the week, not every day. I’ve never been a snack eater or soda drinker. I increased my water intake and worked out 3-5 times a week. For the first 3 months, I did intense workouts. I did cardio, abs and arms. I also walked for 1 hour. I jumped rope and rode the bicycle. For the last 6 months, I’ve just done light cardio and ab work.
Now, here I am almost 9 months later. NO food cheating, NO pills and NO surgery. Just dedication.
