Charlotte lost 32 pounds. There have been ups and downs, but she’s worked extra hard since June to get results. Her weight has changed slowly, but she is encouraged by how many inches she’s lost. Check out how she changed her lifestyle.
My name is Charlotte and I’ve been on my weight loss journey for about 2 years. I started off by working out on a walking trail on our local campus. I went from 275 lbs. to 250 lbs. but got discouraged along the way.
In June 2016, I decided that I wanted to try a lifestyle change again. Since then, I’ve been going hard in the gym, Monday through Friday. On the treadmill, I’ll work with the incline on 15 and a walk page of 3.5. I walk it out for 30 to 50 min a day. I recently started lifting weights.
One major thing I stopped doing was drinking sodas. I also cut back on carbohydrates. I’m currently eating according to my trainers meal plan.
I currently weigh 243 pounds at 5’8″ tall. I’m not seeing a whole lot of weight come off, but the inches have been shedding. I wanted and needed a total transformation and I’m not giving up. I want to be fit and healthy. Before, I hated the gym, but now if I don’t go something just doesn’t feel right
My motivation for losing weight came because I wanted a healthier lifestyle. I also wanted to go into a store and buy clothes that looked good… not old fashioned styles. What inspired me when I wanted to give up was seeing the results of people who started with me on this weight loss journey.
