Do you have a junk food problem? Have you had a long term love affair with poor quality food? Junk food is an option, but it’s one of many food options. It’s not the only food available to you and you don’t HAVE to eat it. You have the choice to use self control. Choose food that is nutritious and supports your health goals.

It just seems so hard to resist junk food when you have children and a husband that buys it and brings it home. There are times when I look at it and say that it’s not for me and then there are times when I think that just one taste won’t hurt. It’s just a treat for being good all week long, or better yet all day long. Out of sight for me doesn’t mean that it is out of mind, because my mind knows just where that “forbidden” item is. So tell me, what do you do in situations like that?

I totally agree with you Lynn. I’m a chip fanatic. I love all things crunchy!!! I’ve recently rededicated myself to eating right and exercising..and I’m determined to leave the junk food alone. Its soo hard…but I must do it for success.

Hi, I’m in the same situation. If I could just leave the junk food alone I would be ok. I’m a big Snacker and its out of control. I need some word of encouragement.

I am a “Chocoholic” and have been all my life. I exercise 5 to 6 days a week, but am unable to Lose weight because of my cravings for “Sweets.” Also, I am currently “Perimenopausal” and the cravings for Sweets have gotten much worse.
