Transformation of the Day: Ta’Neal lost 62 pounds. This mom of 4 has been on her journey since 2013. She shared with us about how she stayed motivated to release the weight.
I am 29 yes old. I started my journey in May of 2013 and I weighed 220 pounds. My current weight is 158 pounds at 4’11” tall.
My motivation to start and keep it steady when it comes to losing weight are my 4 beautiful children. I wanted to express the importance of being healthy and I had to lead by example. There were many times when I wanted to give up. However, I felt like this was one of my many challenges that actually was easier than some of the things I have already conquered. Although I have come a very long way and I am very proud of myself ,I still have a lifetime to go to keep it up. My children will remain my motivation because I have taught them strength and dedication.
Eating habits: I had stopped eating after 7 o’clock p.m. I began eating breakfast everyday. I eat clean and make sure that I drink lots of water.
Exercise: I began doing Tae Bo for a least an hour. I worked out 7 days a week.
Advice: The advice that I can give is do not give up. Drink plenty of water, eat clean and get plenty of rest. Set a goal yourself and start small.
