Today’s featured weight loss success story: Andrea lost 60 pounds. She wrote to us saying:

In the midst of my own health and wellness journey I have grown a great love and passion for health and fitness. So your page is right on time!
Just wanted to share some pics from my journey in an effort to empower others. If I can do it so can anyone else. Choosing to live healthy was one of the best decisions I have every made! My transformation took about a year, 2011-2012. I started small by walking daily and significantly reducing my portions. I moved up to running outside and on the treadmill…all cardio. I only ate meat once a day if at all. I also added fresh fruits and vegetables to get full of the good stuff and leave less room for the not so good. I was about 220 lb when I started now I’m at 160. I was 175lb in the after pics which are from this winter and the latest is January 2013 this year.”

am sooooo happy for you! I am so totally paying for my success THIS time! Food has been y drug of choice for the past 25 years! I have a Binge Eating Disorder {BED} and i am sooooo tired of the yo yo! if anyone has any information in relation to binge eating, and howmtokeep it under control wud be totally helpful and appreciated.
