Today’s featured success story: Nicole lost 23 pounds. She was not able to fit into her Navy uniform after returning back to work after the birth of her child, so she knew she had to so something. She is now smaller than when she got pregnant. Check out what she did below.
“When i got pregnant I was 173lbs by the time I had the baby I was 210lbs. When I went back to work I was 188; struggling to put on my military uniform. finally I have lost a total of 23lbs. I tried on my own but it didn’t work. I love to exercise but my eating habits were horrible. I grew up being told to eat everything on my plate and happy when you asked for seconds. I finally decided to join Jenny Craig, where I lost 19lbs, I took a fiber supplement for two weeks while not being able to go to Jenny and lost an additional 5lbs. My exercise consisted of insanity, weight lifting and running 1.5 miles or more. Just when I thought I would never see the 160’s I’m here, thank you Lord! My goal is 150lbs. If I can you can too! Break those old habits.”

What were your eating habits. People share what all they did as far as exercise is concerned, but nvr share eating, what they ate, how it is prepared and how often…..good job, I hope you reach ever lower if that is your desire….
