I’m no longer taking any medications.”

Congratulations!!! You accomplished so much! I love how your “have” is now a “had” 🙂 I wanted to know how did the 310lb you start the journey. My mother is currently where you were ( might weigh a little over 310lbs, high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, and in her 50s). I know that I cannot force her to take that step, so I thank God that she told me the day before yesterday that she wanted to start going to the gym with me. She has not yet, but, in the event that she does, how can I help keep her on track? How did you make that first step to being fit– and staying that way?
