Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti squash is a hardy winter squash that can be usually be found in any supermarket, but particularly during fall and winter when it’s in season. The squash gets its name from the way the flesh separates after cooking as it comes out in strands. Spaghetti squash is low in fat, carbs and sodium which makes it a good variety for people wanting to lose weight. This squash is loaded with a wide range of vitamins such as A, C and B-6. You will also get flavonoids, thiamin, niacin and pantothenic acid from eating it.
