Update: We shared Dawn‘s weight loss story back in June. She wrote in to let us know that she’s lost 30 more pounds for a total of 140 pounds gone.
Hello, I was featured on your site in June of this year. I have an update for you since then. I have lost another 30 lbs, down from 210 pounds to 180 pounds now. My starting weight was 320 pounds.
To lose the additional pounds, I’ve done the same thing as before. Eating Habits: Not too much starch and a lot of baked foods. I also stay away from restaurants. For exercise, I walk a lot now and the job that I do requires a lot of lifting and pulling, so I get a lot if exercise from that. I didn’t think I would loose so much weight because I work overnights and I know you can gain weight from that alone. I will soon join the gym to do more toning as well.
I am happy that I lost the weight because I can move more freely and do more things than I did before. I wasn’t trying to lose weight in the beginning but now that I have, I’ve given myself a goal to reach that is reachable. With prayers and the support that I have I hope to get down to the size that I want. BWLW, I thank you for the encouraging stories and words that you post. Thank you so much for your support.
