I would like to know more about being a vegan. What about eating plant based foods? What are they? How do you achieve proper daily minimum nutrient requirements? How do you start slowly eliminating certain foods or abruptly?

I don’t know your medical circumstances so I can’t say. I would suggest that you have a conversation with your OBGYN and a nutritionist if you can because you are with child. I usually don’t suggest a full shift of that nature, but adding more fruits and veggies is always a good decision (unless you have a sugar or carb sensitivity issue).
